Natural sanitation is essential for good health. In our daily lives, Garbage bins are usually stored without proper care until they are filled to
the point of overflowing, which has led to pollution, i.e., serious public health and environmental problems. For smart cities, garbage bins need to
be monitored and controlled to ensure a healthy and clean environment. In present technological advances, real-time monitoring and waste disposal
management are challenging areas requiring urgent attention from the research community. The traditional method of monitoring waste in bins placed
in strategic areas is very tedious and ineffective it takes time, effort, and expense; this research paper outlines the design and implementation of
the internet of things (IoT) based on Arduino microcontroller working with ultrasonic sensors and different types of sensors They are using the
Proteus 8.0 simulation software.
